Merry Christmas To All
God Bless

As hearts and homes adorn for festive days,
Take time for ponderings of gratitudes.
While frosty white surrounds our holidays,
Give thanks for fortunes and for plenitudes.
With reverence to life’s beatitudes,
Though silent snows may chime a hymnal’s knell.
Their pure embrace requites our sanctitudes
For days bygone whence loved ones bade farewell
Their songs resound in heaven’s yuletide bell;
Refrains to cradle joy in life reborn
His Grace within eternity to dwell
Behold a blessed child of God is born

From Autumn’s womb rejoice in winter’s birth
Let coming years be gladdened by His mirth

Waft every crest upon your destined sea
Embrace the Wave of Serendipity
Lest its elusive arcane ecstasy
Refurl with sail for all eternity

'While frosty white surrounds our holidays'

I have to admit that this unexpected white Christmas is peaceful and quite beautiful, here between the cornfields.  Thank you for this, Nan.  Merry Christmas.

There's much to be thankful for.  This is truly beautiful, Nan.  Merry Christmas to you.

The stars will shine when I am gone,
the earth will turn on as before,
the gulls, still race along the shore,
the morning star, still kiss the dawn

No snow here and I live on a darn mountain   Nan, thank you for y our heartfelt reminder of the joy that this season can bring and the reminder to look beyond the obvious.

May a handshake, smile, kiss or a hug be the best present you give or receive this season.
