* * *

Part of me went missing
On the day you passed away
And it never has returned
To this very day

I didn't want you to be lonely
So I gave you part of me
You are here with me in spirit
And through your eyes I now see

My life is sometimes cloudy
But your image is always clear
As I write my words of love
I feel certain that you're here

My grief is sometimes overwhelming
As my emotions flow so free
I imagine you're here beside me
The place I wish you could be

I'm often lost within my thoughts
Inside myself is where I go
As I reveal my inner feelings
And put my heart on show

'tho you're never coming back
Through my words I help you live
From the love you gave to me
There is so much I have to give

So I'll continue to pen my feelings
For they help to get me through
As my words relay to others
How very fond I was of you

I am in motion
I am blue
Love is an ocean
I'm anchored in you

This is sadly beautiful.

Writing our feelings is always good therapy

Merry Christmas.

This is painful but good.

Keep writing and letting out the feelings though. I could relate all too well to this piece exept for the death of the one I loved most, I've never been able to write about. ..not sure why.
Anyway, just keep hope through the holidays and coming days. Take care.

Always, Alyssa

(big huggssssssss) This is so sadly beautiful, sweet friend, my heart goes out to all who truly feel this way and I wish for true happiness to be wished among all who seperate and go their own ways and for the friendship to remain! (sad sigh) God Bless You and Merry Christmas, sweet friend, yay!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
