moon be gone tonight,
scatter these roses
from my eyes,
untap the sky
of its wandful of stars,
his love remains silent still,
let these cloud covers
part for me,
in return
to the sanctuary
of the dark abyss,
in its beautiful truth
of sheer emptiness

Inkedgoddess,

Sometimes those who ~seem~ to be the emptiest, are indeed so full of love and kindness it reaches right out and touches and heals, in spite of their state of mind, in most remarkable ways, regardless where we encounter them, or what the dynamic was....
Silence is the noisiest sound, isn't it, and says so much, sometimes......
but, then, we hear what we want.

This may not have anything to do with your meaning, however, this is what I thought upon reading.

Enjoying your poetry....

Hugs and warm regards,  Pat

inked, there are many stars in the sky, perhaps it's time to wish upon a new one.

I can feel your tenderness, your loneliness, your pain and frustration. I long to wipe away the tear from your cheek. Your passion is endless but yet not shared. I can't travel to Vegas but I can to your bliss if only the opportunities allow.

There's beauty in everything if only we have the will to look for it, and the courage to find it.

The soul would have no rainbows, had the eyes no tears.
