through winters stark landscape,
black branches,
crisscross ,
in twists and turns,
as the twilight mood
comes down
color by color,
the child at the window,
looking out from within,
seeks through her whimsical eyes,
a rose colored view
of the uncertain world,
immersed in
stained glass pictures,
becoming the outside

Cool. I felt I was looking through that stained glass. Chagall is dynamic, and you've presented this view of his work well.
