tomorrow
--------

hug the wind, and kiss the stars goodnite
tomorrow's a thousand forever's away
lasting trademarks and the robin's symphony ..
sail away with the winter's breeze,
and seize [the comets]
dance with the daisies and glide with the floating flurries ..
perpetually lackadaisical,
miracles indescribable ..
hug the wind, and kiss the stars goodnite
for the clouds have ran away with the midnight
the flock of angels have taken flight,
zodiacs of the moonlight ..
hourglass laying sideways with nothing to say,
tomorrow's a thousand forever's away ..

take my hand, and let's leave the world behind
tomorrow's a thousand forever's away ..
let's fight the brink of dawn and ignore the stubborn roosters
as these skies start to cry,
and your heart starts to lie
let's take to the grey sky,
kissing these red heavens goodbye ..
forget the consequences, patch the indifferences
hug the clouds, and kiss the stars goodnite,
for the clouds have ran away with the midnight
the flock of angels have taken flight,
zodiacs of the moonlight ..
too impatient for these wishes to portray ..
tomorrow's a thousand forever's away ..

stars dancing carelessly on your fingertips
tomorrow's a thousand forever's away ..
listen to the children play and the sinner's plea..
drown in her velveteen hair,
lose yourself in his innocent stare ..
tears have frozen in mid-air,
bitter icycles of despair
rapacious skies, vivacious lies..
hug the wind, and kiss the stars goodnite,
for the clouds have ran away with the midnight
the flock of angels have taken flight,
zodiacs of the moonlight ..
calendars turned to this sad and murderous day
and tomorrow's a thousand forever's away..

"and i dont want the world to see me
because i don't think that theyd
understand,
when everythings meant to be broken
i just want you to know"

Christian~
I'm not certain that I grasp the 'all' of this write ... but you have some of the loveliest thoughts woven throughout this piece.

This -
'hourglass laying sideways with nothing to say'
is simply marvelous ... and moves me with the very thought of it~

Welcome to Passions~

every glamourous sunrise throws the planets out of line, a star sign out of whack, a fruadelent zodiac...............

i love cosmic poetry, and this was real good,
the whole celestial theme, the yin and the yang of it all............groovy.......

Chris, this entire poem was so beautiful... it's going into my library!

The soul would have no rainbows, had the eyes no tears.

christian - well you wanted some critique.

It seems that you went into the dictionary and took sentences from somewhere and put them in this poem. NOt good...
