An acoustical apparition
wings lightly past my ears and eyes.
Downy dark feathers float by on
frolicking notes on a warm summer breeze,
swirling and twirling my heart
through the wispy willow trees
that line the northern shores of
Forevermore.

Listen to the bewitching tune
of the magical midnite loon,
as he serenades his love throughout the night,
capriciously capturing hearts and minds along the way.
My eager ears crave the loon's song by day,
anxiously await his glorious midnight melody.
Sonnets and sonatas, ethereal bonnets
cover my head in delicious dreams
of mystical madness,
lifting my spirits gently,
soaring my sights to heights
beyond my most primal screams.

Come listen with me to liquid love,
let the eternal magnetic love affair
between the loon and midnite's moon
carry your heart over the midnite mists.
Hear my heartsong,
as it sings
in tune with the loon,
Forevermore.

Enjoyed your soaring thoughts and the peaceful scenery you depict at midnite.

Makes me want to go there~

Nice writing Kacy~

Kacy, The flow is tremendous in this, it just keeps going, flawlessly.

I especially like this. Re-reading a must. Love it!

Thanking each one of you for reading my loon(yes loon not looney) tunes.
I hope to post another one soon, and include music and photo. I'm afraid I've lost me cheat sheet that explained how to add music and photo both.
Oh well, hopefully the words will continue to conjure up an acceptable image.
But you've really gotta HEAR these creatures someday.
