A hum that echoes in the wilderness of thought
Enchanted, this elusive quickening
Reverberations…like fragile chimes
Speaking to the wind

Another seek, these wings that flutter on immortal
Steaming in the veins without a destination
Promise…the cheery cheeks of good intentions
Speaking to the wind

A white noise in background, on the currents of want
Shimmering to the dawning morn, take me…take me
This sunspot…stepped in to pulse so sharp
Speaking to the wind

A chant to the mystics…be mine…be mine
Emotions from the bottle now uncapped, unbridled
Fascination…driving rivers flow of hearts in wanton play
Speaking to the other…like the wind

Very intriguing,  fascinating....speaking to
the wind...Does that mean not heard...over
the din of noise???

A little out of your mold,  but forget the
torpedoes...and full speed ahead...like it..\

This sunspot…stepped in to pulse so sharp
Speaking to the wind

Love your poetry TD~

i liked this better than the previous one
i read [the one i commented on], it's
whimsical and mystical. and takes you
away, forces you and invites you into
the fairytales in your head. great poem,
hope to seel more.

(smiles) I have always thought of the wind as a sacred father to us all who instructs all us children of the world as it consists of the voices of all our ancestors and holds the ultimate wisdom passed from before on down in legacy! (kiss on cheek) God Bless You, sweet friend, this is excellent, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Kathleen, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,

ThisDiamond,

This is wonderful. I love this side of your mind.    Different from your usual, but as great. What Blues Serenade said is basically what I was going to say.  I do hope you write more such as this. Enjoyed much...

Warm regards, Pat
