'Twas early on one Christmas evening Larry'd gone to bed,
Curly, Moe, and Balladeer were visions in his head.
Lgn Jhn Ag did missle Toe with fingers (two) in eyes,
nyuck, nyuck, nyuck, no wise men three, but Stooges four, these guys!

Larry snored a festive tune, the moon was shining bright.
"Listen up you knuckleheads" said Toe, regaining sight.
"It's Christmas eve for goodness sake when Santa comes to town,
I've had all this I'm gonna take!" he began to dance around.

Lgn Jhn Ag said, " Sorry Toe, it's just this time of year,
I get acting just like Moe, I blame ol' Balladeer."
" But, then it could be Larry C., it's his dream after all,
what say ol' buddy, you an' me, we go and deck the halls?"

With boughs of holly, Toe and Lgh Jhn, spruced the place right up.
Balladeer, full of good cheer, had three or four more cups.
"I know just what this party needs" he slurred out every word,
Moe and Larry both agreed, 'cuz this was what they heard...

The sound of Larry snoring, followed by a deafening crash.
He crawled to yonder window and peeked out between the sash.
"It must have been a nightmare," Larry C. said "this I know,
but what the heck are Moose tracks doing out there in the snow!?"

And, as the sound of sleigh-bells ring, jing, jingled in his head,
Larry stumbled 'crost the room and fell back into bed.
"Oh, great!" he said aloud "As if those three weren't bad enough,
now Moose thinks he writes poetry, this New Year could be tough!"

'Cuz outside on his lawn I'd tracked this message in the snow,
Merry Chrismas Larry "C-ya", nyuck, nyuck, nyuck and
Ho-Ho-Ho !

There was never a doubt in my mind that the Moose could write poetry! This is delightful, Doc!

Nyuck, nyuck, nyuck!
I knew Doc could write poetry. And I'm so proud that it included ME! Thanks Doc. You're the best.

Doctor, the red-nosed moosedeer
Had a very bulbous nose
And if you ever saw him
He was always writing prose

All of the other stooges
Use to laugh and call him names
They never let poor moosedeer
Join in their fun and games

Then one foggy Christmas Eve
The big guy came to town
Moosedeer with your nose so white
Won't you guide my truck tonight

Now all the stooges loved him
As the truck rolled to LC's door
Moosedeer dumped lots of goodies
Now the stooges number four!

christian,
Thanks, does that make me de precedent? I wasn't even aware that there'd been an election!
Doc

Toe,
Ho ho, and a bottle of... Hmmm, there may be another story in that. Thanks.
Doc

Balladeer,
Nice play on words (wish I'd thought of that). One for all and all for fun. Here's wishing you a very Merry.
Doc

Earth Angel,
On Larry, on Curly, on Moe, don't be surly,
on Toe ,an' old Lgn Jhn, the fun is not all gone, for even a dolt with a bulbous red nose, can still spread some laughter where-ever he goes. Good tidings to you( someone's missing I fear) that's right it's the "Big Guy" they call Balladeer. Happy holidays .

Nope! Santa wasn't confused, Doc. I should have thought to look under the three for my gift! I was lost and Munda came to the rescue to point the way!
