The same old song
The same old place
The same old
Old road
Walking this same old lonely road
Thinking of the same old place
Where I first met your face
There you standing
In the middle of the crowd
Where you could see me singing
The same old song
I can remember you staring
Into my eyes
You slowly pass by me
The same old place
Empty place
Now
Iam alone
Sitting here
Guitar on my hand
same place
same old song
Singing It to myself
You reminded me
Of this place
Where our hearts met
On this very day
The same old place

a lonely write my friend... I think the Irish blessing should be yours..

Hello my friend...
now this is not so old
a write, as you are so very
young in heart...

I can tell...you've been listening to the sages again!

Well done, Vandana...

I love guitars! If you can play, play! Maybe I will learn one day...the write is lonely, and sad...wishing you a brand new place!

Playing the guitar really does help, does it not? Just play those blues away, dear vandana! Writing and playing songs that will pick up my spirits, certainly works for me.

Your writing is growing in leaps and bounds. You really get those feelings across!

warm hugs,
EA

Vandana, I really enjoyed reading this poem, though it was sad.
Writing does help, though, doesn't it?

vandana - I enjoyed this write and as I read the words I thought of me, in the same old place. Very nice, and I didn't know that you played the guitar...
