Balladeer remembers
The days of long ago,
When he had a love life
Before he grew so old.

He can still recall his "first time"
He was all alone
It was in his bedroom
No one else was home.

Yes he dreams of yesteryear
How his love life used to be,
A roll of paper towels
And a Playboy magazine.

So now you understand,
His love life's not so sweet,
The only love he gets,
Is when I kiss my sweet wife's cheek.

To go from all that to the nothing of now... why no wonder he's always in a foul temper and picking on your sweet self! LOL

ROFL... poor thing... I guess we should be kinder to him? LOL

This is great, sweets!

Poor Ball-deer........

So that's why Mr. Balladeer tells you what to kiss all the time?  Maybe we should be a little nicer to him.....

(I really think ya'll are so cute, my friend)

ROTFL. YOU will get your just desserts for this one. He will no doubt burn you britches for telling on him.

Oh my dear Lord!!!!!   Now you have fired the shot back in to his court!!!!   But as I read this, you are quite happy to kiss his ass!!!   And I thought you were above that!
Wonderful write, had Sunny and I absolutely curled up in fits of laughter......Thank you, and to Balladeer (who - I believe, hasn't seen this one yet)....Touche.   Just can't wait for your riposte - in this cut and thrust.
Have you two realised just how much mirth you generate around the world with your talents?
Kind thoughts,

(big huggssssssss) Oh Toerag, this is so sad, let's all give Balladeer a group hug of warmth as he is so deserving of this love! (giggles) This is touching, sweet friend, I love it, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Toerag, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

If you think I don't have a sex life, Toe, then your wife is better at keeping a secret than I thought!!

christian...I'm utterly ecstatic you liked my poem, and knowing what a very "honest" person you are, I know this came from your heart.
