Lord Thank You for Salvation and Eternal Life

Lord I thank You for this temporary life upon this
earth and I thank You for the Eternal Life to come
in Heaven.  Lord I thank You that You didn't stop
blessing us with only an earthly life, but You gave
us the assurance within Your Holy Bible, that life
doesn't end with the loss of our earthly body; as
it says in Hebrew 9:27..."It is appointed for a man
once to die, but after this the judgement," and You
go on to say in verse 28, "So Christ was offered
once to bear the sins of many, to those who eagerly
wait for Him He will appear a second time, apart
from sin, for salvation."  And as You tell us in
John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the
truth, and the life.  No one comes to the Father
except through Me."  And John 14:7 goes on to say,
"If you had known Me you would have known My Father
also, and from now on you know Him."  The  "way"
You speak of in John 14:6 is You laying down Your
life so all could receive salvation and You resur-
rected Your life so all can receive this eternal
life after this earthly life is over, and we can
gain this eternal life by our faith, by our
believing in the death, buriel and resurrection of
Jesus.  In the word of God, in John 3:16 it says,
"For God so loved the world that He gave His only
begotten Son that whoever believes in Him will not
perish but have everlasting life." Do you believe?
