Beware If only my casket had windows. If I had the power to see; I'd take a quick look toward Heaven, and enter my final plea. O Lord, You know I'm a sinner. Have mercy, O Lord, on me. I seem to be a forgotten son, this casket has no Key. It seemed an answer would not come, but much to my surprise; this thought came flashing to my mind, "It's right before your eyes." "The Key is where you left it, just remember if you can; the person that you loaned it to, but not a helping hand." "Remember the girl on crutches, or the dirty old man in the park? The one with little enough to eat? The one with a broken heart?" "You might ask the man that had it, as you helped him on the road; by showing him a shorter path; but carried not his load." "The Key was offered many times, in trials of the past; the place you have to find it, is the place you left it last." "Truth and Love and Charity, will bring you home to me; but first you must repent your sin, for Jesus is the Key." So listen very closely, to this story that I tell; Without the Key of Life, my friend, Your destination's Hell. Dinosr |

Jl, ..Thanks. ..After I wrote this poem, I didn't sleep right for a long time. I kept waking up, hearing voices. Now I stay awake waiting for them to call my name. Karl |
