Christ is still this season's reason of Hope;

Harps of angels tinkle with celebration -

Risen is our Savior, who is still

Interceding on everyone's behalf.

Satan is defeated, now and forever more.

Today is a gift, for it's always present;

Make room in your heart to share Love

And let the Joy of the Lord flow freely.

Saints, sinners arise... and be glad in Him!

Wishing everyone a Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays this 2009 season!

A very lovely dedication to the season, and the reason.

Merry Christmas to you, dear Joe.

You know my thoughts on this acrostic. I would have preferred another rendering of the first "S" ... let us concentrate on the Joy ... it is the celebration of the arrival of Jesus, it is the celebration of LOVE. So why use for the acrostic the one who rebelled against God? Even if you say he has been defeated ... By the way, I think not only will evil be defeated but the final act of Divine love and mercy and grace will be the forgiveness ... the mere thought of eternal condemnation is a paradox and a denial of our Divine Creator.

Even though none of His children down here may say to be perfect, He will make us see the beauty of living according to the law of Love and in the end He will gather around HIm ALL of His children.

Let nothing perturb your joy therefore ...

Love and Peace.
