veins streaming through
our great mother earth
like evolution & all life
she branches out
twisting and turning
finding way through
valleys, carving away
mountains and stone
singing and whistling
drop by drop
under the sky
in the end
nothing stands in her way
as she meets her destiny,
only the ocean
can swallow a poison river
and not become impure

thanks for your kind words, the last 3 lines of the poem were inspired by nietzsche zarathustra and wanted peoples opinions whether or not it flows properly with the poem, or causes a kind of abruptness or out of placeness (for a lack of a better word).

Markus,
look on the right side of your post, or any post. It has like paint melting, and says ecard. Click on that and just follow the instructions. It's clear and it's really easy and fun!

Way cool first post!!!

I liked the analogy of the river.

Hummmm, destiny does always seem to lead to something much bigger, much bigger than we. I love that thought.

Good job, Welcome, and God bless,

-Bob
