First off I just want to thank Lighthouse Bob for his beautiful poem "Most Longed To See". I know i didn't comment, I just figured I could here. I know it will be o so difficult to even compare to your awesome words and visions everyone can see through them, but im going to try  lol. As soon as I saw the challenge I had to get in on it. Its the perfect first line because as soon as I read it I started in my head so I had to grab a pen and paper to catch my thoughts...THANX BOB! Hope you guys enjoy this.

When Jesus comes, I long to see
Him holding out His hand to me.
Teling me I passed His test,
to live for Him and be the best
Christian I could grow to be.
Not only with the words I speak,
but how I live my life everyday.
Letting people know I'm not afraid
to give up temptations and sinful ways
and ditch "the norm" that wastes away,
this life He died for us to have
so I'd be invited up when He comes back.
There's nothing more Id love to hear than
"You loved Me as I loved you when
I carried my cross after the whips,
had torn My flesh from neck to hips,
from knees to feet...I bled for you.
And now I know you lived through My Truth.
And know I still love you and always will,
so now I'll keep the word of My deal.
Come join Me in Heaven for all eternity,
I love you son, it's time you returned to Me.

With Love and Blessings to EVERYONE!!

haha forgot to leave an opening line for someone.  My opening line for anyone: "When He returns, I'd love nothing more than to hear"

Jamison,

First, let me say, you are very very Welcome and then let me say that I really can't take all of the credit for the challenge because, like you, I even forgot that I needed to leave a challenge for someone else and I had to go back real quick and, with the Lord's help, figure a first line out. What I appreciate here, probably even more than your poem, is that you were instantaneous with your response and, when you were nudged to write, you grabbed a pen and paper and you wrote. To me that's the most beautiful testimony. Anyway, I thought your poem was very well written as well and, like Krysti, I thought that it had a real nice flow to it (I guess that's what happens when you are being led by the Holy Spirit) and, yes, thank God, He always keeps His Word. Amen.

Great poem, challenge well met, and God bless.

-Bob
