Blue Horizon

Far away, in the blue horizon
Where hopes and dreams are true
Take me there on winds of the evening
Fulfill those fond wishes of youth

Life is a journey, we will follow
We open our eyes to the view
Where it leads into the world of tomorrow
Captured by the radiance of the heavenly blue

Like a dream, something is drawing me
Far away, where there is so much to see

And if I had wings, I would fly
Into the bosom of the gracious sky
Far,far away, far,far away
And there to stay, forever and a day

Pure and pristine, the sky is ever in gleam
Spectral of immense beauty, so serene
A wonder to behold, it moves the soul
In ways mysterious and unknown

And someday soon, may we all be there
A crystal castle awaits us in the air
There will be no more sorrow, no more tears
In this new world, far away so clear

This is a song lyric I wrote.I hope to one day, make a beautiful musical composition of it.

Thankyou

Josh

This was so pretty, and I think it will make a great song.

as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.

You bring back my childhood when dreams came true and nothing was impossible.  Love, Joyce

Josh,

What a beautiful song, well, words anyway... the melody I can only imagine, but, hey, you are one that is very well equipped to do that-- Imagine --and you do such a wonderful job of portraying your imaginations (most heavenly images) here on these pages.

Again, well written, thanks for sharing, and God bless.
