This poem was inspired by a sripture that green_itchy_stuff shared in his posting named “Scattered Sheep.”

Moon Glow

Jesus Christ is coming soon
Come, Lord Jesus. Come
Morning, evening, or at noon
We should not succumb
Through the chorus of the day
Through the ides of June
For we’re looking at what may
Cause our hearts to swoon
In His presence, in His Grace
In His trumpet’s tune
As we see Him face to face
Glowing like the moon.

Jesus is great... I wish I could understand Him though. I used to utterly hate everything about Jesus, and now I only want to understand. He's great though. Nice poem.
