This poem was written in celebration of my wife's and mine twentieth year Wedding Anniversary on June 11, 2007…

Love Made Wise

God often wants to teach us things
Like Wisdom from above
And so it is the hardest tasks
Are often paired with Love
Like times when we need healing
Like times when we need prayer
Like times when we are feeling low
And need know someone’s there
To hold us and to comfort
To help us follow through
To be a man and understand
What things that we must do
To have Faith and to conquer
The presence of our fears
And live a life where Loved the Wife
Makes Wise the passing years.

Congratualtions on your anniversary!
        May you enjoy many more.

Through trials in our love, our heavenly Father can bring us to understand His attributes and ourselves so much better.
