Worth Your While Friend, new life through Christ, is well worth your living, And through His sacrifice, He’s God’s model for giving. Life in Christ is worth your while, as you live day by day, Living through every trial, handling strife a different way. All men now have a choice, on how they will live their life, And each day you will rejoice, if you live for Jesus Christ. With new priorities from above, led by His Staff and Rod, Christ fills you up with the love, from an Everlasting God. In all of life you’re not alone, as Christ becomes a friend, Guiding you, if you roam, safely back to His narrow end. In Christ, what you will find, you simply cannot compare, To the life you leave behind, in a world filled with despair. Through a New Life in Him, you by The Lord are set free, From the bondage of all sin, through the love of Calvary. You then are free to pursue, new life in The Savior’s Light, On a path all set for you, leading out of the world’s night. You can make a choice today, to follow The Son of God, Finding peace along the way, high above this earthly sod. You friend will find your life too, better than it was before, In the world, not so new, when you live for Christ our Lord. Once we've made the choice, it's so hard to see others who are leary, still struggling, guessing, hurt, angry and depressed. Our example may be the only gospel they get, so we continue to plant seeds and pray for them. Rae |
