Jack says: God is my savior.
Lindy says: god is not real.
George says: god is above reality.
Jessica says: God is my creator.
Derrick says: god is above creating and creation.
Michel says: god is truth and love.
Aaron says: God is a reason for war.
Heather says: god told my mother “this child was meant to be.”
Marie says: god can’t be found in an idol.
Patrick says: “God?” god is an idea not a belief.
I say: god is not teachable because god is who you are;
god is not a being, but what is; not a man,
not a judge, not a protector, not a word.
god is the nuance of personality,
the nature of opposites and the nature of time,
the nature of truth, and the nature of life and death.
god is unbelievable because god doesnt have ideas.

Those who don't know God, create a god of their own limited understanding.

[Insults removed - Ron]

P.S. who has the limited understanding, you, the reader of a book, (limited in its truth, limited in your inability to look at said book as a metaphorical story for philisophical enlightening) or me, the one actually looking to see where god is hiding? (and therefore unlimited in my ability to really take a gander at the universe im living in, for understanding)

I'll forgive you because you don't know Rae...(sandgrain)

at the same time, I'm smiling too

because there is no better person for you to meet at this point in your life.

I am a pagan. She is my friend.

And that has never stopped us from respecting and loving each other.

That said? I adored your poem. And I nod in understanding. I loved her response. And I nod in understanding.

Really nice work here, lovie.

And Rae's reply is as good, if not better than it gets.

I feel like an eavesdropper.

so TALK, already!

Matthew, you sure do have a way with words!  I'm not into name calling. I believe we're all wonderfully created to learn to live in harmony.  I stand in deep respectful awe of Jesus, the Christ.  His love compels me.  The fear is only that of offending, which in turn hurts HIM.  That is love for, not fear of Him.

Karen, there is profit even in eavsdropping sometimes.
