All Loving and Almighty Lord

All loving and almighty Lord,
I come to do thy will,
To spread abroad the living word,
The Son of God Reveal.

The faithful in their hearts proclaim:
"The Lord is here today.
He will endure through all of time;
He will not pass away!"

God looks down from His throne on high
To see if there should be
A faith in Him that will not die,
That lasts eternally.

When He brings down His joys of Heaven,
His people will rejoice,
Foe r all their sins will be forgiven;
They'll see Him face to face!

Abide with me fast falls the eventide.

We anxiously and fearfully await that day in faith.  This is a beautiful prayerful poem.  Thank you for sharing it here.
