All children of earth bow to Christ; be born again today, The blood of our redeeming Lord can wash our sins away! Fear not for Jesus is our light; a fire to keep us warm. Rest in the Lord almighty and fear not the coming storm! Lord, teach me that Thy name is love and let it fill my heart. Come down from Thy throne high above, and never us depart, O bring your grace down to the earth and peace forevermore. See that He comes down from the sky in glory, grace and power! May you find sacred rest in God; may He take all your cares And may give Him all your hopes in words of song and prayers! The light of God shines on the earth that we may see our way And one day we shall be called to the realm of endless day! Abide with me fast falls the eventide. |
