Kimberly and
the Songbird

Let a Songbird’s share of joy
Rest within your wings
And let your heart be lifted up
By faithfulness she brings
Through her arms of friendship
Through her acts of grace
Through her love for one so dear
Whose hurting is embraced
By God and His promise
By God and His care
By God and His children
Who’ve held you close in prayer.

Kimberly,

May God continue to hold you close
as you’re held continually close in our hearts and prayers.

God bless,
Lighthouse Bob

Very sweet and moving. There was a real gentle sincerity to this piece. Thanks for sharing this truly special piece, Bob.

Thank you so much Bob for the poem and the faith.  I was in the hospital and I was about to asend and then Songbird came and I remember her showing me the poems.  I was really sick and them these other christians came over to me and prayed over me and after that my feaver lifted.  I know the lord healed me due to all the prayers. I am also sorry I missed your Birthday Bob, I hope it was a happy one

Kimberly,

Praise the Lord! Praise the Lord!!! I am so happy to hear from you and to hear your Wonderful Wonderful testimony of what the Lord has done!!! To Him goes All the Praise amd All the Glory. God is so Good and I thank Him (Thank you Jesus) for healing you my Sister.

…and I do thank all of your beautiful friends and family and even those who may not even have known you who held you up in their prayer and also thank those wonderful Christian people who prayed for you at your bedside.

If you can, please excuse my exuberance but I feel like rejoicing right along side you my friend.

God bless you, Kimberly, and, again, Thank you for sharing.

-Bob

Please... My Birthday??? Don't worry about it one bit... I'm just so happy that you’re better and that's the best gift ever my friend.
