The shadow of fear Comes upon me. Stop, seize the light The love God protects From incorrect vision Of minds eye sight Guardian Angels Are all around. My heart is full Of loves bright curtain In it's brilliance I see laughter A gift of lord's light. I know worry is out of the question. |

Oh the time we waste in worry! Perfect faith casts out all fear, we're told and adding future worries onto this days beauty, darkens it. How right you are to put worry out of the question. Rae |

Worry, a waste time and energy Faith and prayer calms the soul. A lesson, that sometimes time teaches us. Worry never helped bring a solution to any of life's problems but we can rest assured that we are safe in God's hands.. God knows what we need even before we ask. Thanks for the reminder.. good poem. |

Sandgrain, Lighthousebob, and Songbird,Thank youu all for you replies. I am convicted in my spirit when I do not have faith. I live on it and by it. I am glad you all liked my poem.
