Hats off to David
For achieving his goal
A Living Memorial
For a dear beloved soul

The hats Linda wore
With a certain Flair
Are a sweet symbol
Of her Love and Care

A sash of red
And flowers too!
Forget-me-nots?
Could this be true?

She'll not be forgotten
By friends and by kin
But David can truly say
"I've got her under my skin"

So side by side
They'll walk together
Will we forget her?
NO, NO, NEVER!!!

Thank You so Much, My dear,Loving, supportive brother--You poem makes
me fill up with pride and humbles
me at the same time.  We know what
a wonderful woman, wife and Friend
Linda was for 34 years. And truly
our hats are off to her. I am truly
happy I went through with my intentions.
I never see any reason to regret my
decision and much reason to rejoice
that I can carry her Name and her
trademark with me wherever I go to
my dying--The world will know of my
undying love and admiration for her.

Thanks so much for writing this poem and
sharing it with me.  It means so much--
I will frame it and put it under the
picture of it I have on my wall.

GOD BLESS YOU FOR YOUR TRIBUTE & KINDNESS

David

Every Day's a Blessing
And Gift-Wrapped from Above,
Share it with another
And Spread the Father's Love!!!

May You come to Know His Best Blessing

Marge,
Thank you once again for your kind words and your excellent help in showing me how to add the picture that compliments this poem.  You rule!

David,
I know it took extraordinary circumstances for you to even consider getting a tattoo, and your decision to do so I wholly support. Nancy and I both believe that Linda would be pleased with this way you have chosen to honor her and the beautiful relationship you shared together. You are a blessing in my life and I thank God for you often.

Dennis

Oh, Dennis, this is precious!  I loved the idea of David getting the tatoo because it  seemed unlike him, yet showed his  eager  persistance to make a lifelong tribute.

Thank you for sharing this with us and for being such an understanding, kind loving brother.

God bless.

David has chosen an arm tattoo
To show they can't be kept apart.
This picture is for the world to see,
Another is tattooed on his heart.

Love to you David and to Dennis.  Joyce

Dennis...What a wonderful poem and tribute tattoo your brother David got.  I watched a T.V. show a couple of weeks ago where a guy got a tattoo of his wife that had passed away on 9-11 it was very touching as is your poem...Paul
