Lifting a Heavy Heart

Who’d ever believe how soothing it feels,
Knowing a friend, before God kneels
Asking in prayer for His healing touch
For our daughter, we all love so much

Our Father’s love steadies me
In her anguish that I see
For I know she does believe
So heaven’s gift she will receive

If the time had come for her
To go with Rod, her brother
I know they’d wait for me
To join them eternally

She won’t be home for Christmas
But still she is with us
As we celebrate Jesus’ birth
Which gives life it’s meaning and worth

My heavy heart is lighter
Knowing she’s a fighter
And your kind words of encouragement
Help my faith to a great extent

Merry Christmas To All
With sincerest thanks from White Dove’s whole family

"My heavy heart is lighter
Knowing she’s a fighter"

Mine too.

Your family is constantly in my thoughts and prayers, and she is indeed being cared for by her very best "friend."

Bless you all.

We are so privileged to share our words and those of Rebecca...

I am here with you both in thought and prayer, hoping for the best and knowing that your beliefs and Rebecca's will give you comfort during the holidays.

There are a lot of people here praying for Becky this season, and at all times. Having her here is the most important thing. I'm always glad to hear that she is doing well. God bless, Rae and Becky and family!! Merry Christmas!!

I agree, knowing that people (a whole lot of people) are praying is such an awesome comfort and encouragement to our faith and to our loved ones and their faith as well. According to research, it has been proven that those who have faith have a much better recovery rate than those who do not. Faith and prayer do not always remove the circumstances that we face from out of our path, but they certainly do help us make the journey. Amen. I remember when I had both my kidney and pancreas transplanted a few years ago and how I could feel the presence of prayer in my hospital room. What a wonderful faith builder that was to me and I do know that our prayers are right there with you and yours as well. I do pray that God would continue to bless you and bring healing and quick recovery to your daughter, Rebecca, and to the rest of your loved ones and family. Amen.

Your words so full of love echo in my heart.
Keeping dear Rebecca in my prayers.
May Jesus reach out and give her His healing touch.
May love be felt in every moment.
Love, Margherita
