Affliction If I could heal you with the laying on of hands I would lay these hands of a lost prophet upon you If I could heal you by finding the finest healers I would recruit them in the manner of the martyrs My love for you fires from the center of my soul and you have become an inextinguishable eternal flame Your affliction is a sign your infirmity a trial And God knows there is no compromise for the prayers of a righteous man "If at first an idea is not absurd, there is no hope for it." |

coyote, I appreciate your humility that you express in this poem and I can feel the longing in your words for healing and I do believe as you have stated in another posting that we "must call upon the Son of Man" for it truly is He who heals us from all of our infirmities. I do humbly pray and believe with you, my poet friend, for your son's complete healing and restoration and to Jesus who has all Power we give all the Glory and Honor. God Bless you and Keep you, my friend. In Jesus Name. Amen. |

God bless you and keep you and your son. I know the desire in your soul to take this affliction upon yourself. We will keep praying. Joyce |
