SciFi

Everyday of every year many

glean the harvest for the enemy.

Soldiers dressed as doctors arm themselves

knives and needles in hand

they drag carcasses onto the killing floor:

abort fetuses from the womb

geriatric patients sentenced to the tomb--

puncturing, gutting, probing

under blue and sunny skies.

Intelligence is warehoused like goose bumps

under a winter coat.

Flesh is spent to the cause

of a better life for someone else:

A cold science. A cold con-science.

Dear Grover, this is so terribly sad, but it reflects a reality of cold conscience, as you say.
An impressive write.
You caused me to shiver in coldness.
I pray that humankind will awaken to love and respect for all life.
Love, Margherita

Isn't this just what we've become today?
Thank God there's still good out there!
A make ya stop and think poem.  I like that.

  Good and effective!

(big angel hugs) Abortion is a sensitive issue I don't like to talk about really, but you illustrate the science of it all so vividly, dearest friend, I wish there wouldn't have to be a default or tragedy to it, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Grover, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Grover:  You really tell it like it is. I have been reading some articles about the illegal traffic in body parts, so that a part of this very thing can go on.  Really is frightening.
