~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
LORD,HERE AM I, SEND ME!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

LORD,may I wait not for others
To do what needs to be done,
Using the Talents You've given
Relying on Your Dear Son.

May I make my contribution
T'ward the well-being of all,
LORD, use all of my being
In fulfullment of Your Call.

LORD, fill me up with Your Spirit
Empower me by Thy Grace,
To truly help make a dif'rence
In this sad world of Disgrace.

LORD, help me Thy Will to obey
That Jesus may live in me,
Help me to water and plant
Your Crop to Eternity!

LORD, I have heard Your sweet Voice
And know You're talking to me,
For You, I am available--
So to Your Glory, send me!

Every Day's a Blessing
And Gift-Wrapped from Above,
Share it with another
And Spread the Father's Love!!!

May You come to Know His Best Blessing

(smiles) God Bless You, sweet friend, I believe everyone can make a difference and every single person can contribute and make a change on his or her own! (big angel hugs) So go out there by His will and let your heart shine, yay, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet David, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

I loved your poem! And I am sure it was heard by God, it's a wonderful prayer.

This part:

"To truly help make a dif'rence
In this sad world of Disgrace."

This touched me deeply. I am an activist and with my group, we try to help the the people who are 'crushed' by society and the world, send petitions against the situation of hunger in the world...we try to do something. But as you mentioned in your poem, this is a sad world of disgrace. It really is. Our pleas for the help for those people who suffer, are rarely heard by the people. The abuse of power is way too big in our world, and the small are crushed each time more.
But your poem inspires all of us to continue to fight for peace and justice. And your poem tells us that even if the people in the world don't hear our pleas (through petitions, protest and charity events), God does listen. And that is the most important, to know that God listens to our prayers and pleas.
Thanks...for this inspiration, for the priviledge of being able to read this wonderful prayer.

David~
To be filled with His Spirit and to move into His gracious Light of Bestow, is to know the Spirit of His Love and to use it to show the way for others~

Blessings to you my friend~

Dear David, How very sorry I am to learn of your loss.  It brings an element of comfort  knowing one day we'll be beyond all losses eternally.

This piece highlights your strength of faith in trying times.  Your poetry has always been an inspiration.

God bless you and yours,

Thank you,
Joyce my friend, for rallying up my old friends, to comfort me in my the loss of my wife.  I wish you all had gotten a chance to meet her--Her was a most wonderful woman, and a true joy to share my life with. She truly was a special one, whom I most probably never deserved but who came to be a great blessing and source of Joy & strength in my life.  I am in a state of shock, that she could be gone,  the vast emptiness in my life is sudden and unexpected---But for the grace of God and the help and prayers of some many on my behalf do I go on.  Thank you all for your care and kindness---I hope that I can return here soon and begin to renew old ties and make new friends as I seek to resume writing, which has ceased for some time now.  I will draw my inspiration and encouragement from you and seek to participate and be involved as I have done in the past.
God Bless you all!
   David
