So I may look upon your beauty by heaven's light.
Heaven's glory has given me the gift of touch,
So I may feel your softness I crave so much.
Heaven's glory has given me the gift to hear,
So I may be enchanted by words whispered so near.
Heaven's glory has given me the gift of taste,
So I may nibble of your sweetness, leave none to waste.
Heaven's glory has given me the gift of smell,
So I may be enfolded by your scent I know so well.
Heaven's glory has given me the gift of emotion,
SO I may show you my feelings and true devotion.
Heaven's glory has given me the gift of expression,
So I may tell of my love with a lasting impression.
Heaven's glory has given me the gift of dreams,
So my nights may be filled with peaceful scenes.
Heaven's glory has given me many blessings so true,
But none more precious than the gift of love from you.

Aren't you so glad God gave us love for each other for those times of closeness that gives so much back to each other.

I really like this poem but pehaps if it was broken up a little it would be easier for the reader to read and have more impact..just
my opinion.
