Challenges of Love

Love should
bend you, not break you
split apart from your dreams
making you
question all the seams

Love should
learn you, not turn you
into a stepford clone
moving you
out of your comfort zone

Love should
open you, not close you
off from forms you need
those places
planting the healing seed

How absolutely true, but this last part is worth its weight in gold, for it needs room to grow, and florish. Great analogy and write.

Nice write, enjoyed the beginning flow of each stanza. Has a nice feel and sound to it.

(smiles) Moreover, love should be shared, not tucked away or held to oneself, as the more you give, the more you get, and spreading them like dandelion seeds brings forth great rewards!
