He Lights Our World

I see God's light in everything
That shines in seasons, winter, spring,
Not forgetting summer, fall,
Which holds the brightest moon of all.

So many sources all reveal
Illumination with appeal.
The sky and water, flowers too,
That bear their crystal gems of dew.

In early morning, sunrise brings
A radiance that truly sings!
On sunny days, we bask in rays
That add such beauty, many ways.

All of this bounty comes from He
Who lights our world so brilliantly,
Both day and night.  How could we doubt?
His lights of love are all about!

Just like Noahs signature says I see the sun set and I percieve. Doubts are human, but it all comes back to truth. He is the light of all things.I loved this. Thanks for sharing!

Joyce:  You're right.  Sometimes, when the day is darkest, all of a sudden, there will be a brilliant ray of light pierce the clouds. Thanks.

Betty - you know this hit me good today
in a good way because I see God in so many things, so much mundane everyday that is passed by . . .

I was planting (is one reason I love to garden) and had these seedlings in my hands . . . later to see what beautiful wonders grew from THESE hands from THAT dirt . . .

I always smile and feel well rested
when I have my garden, makes me feel at peace

littlewing:  I'm happy to hear that this poem was pleasing to you.  I can appreciate how you feel in your garden.  I'm the same way.  Somehow, all seems right with the world, when I'm weeding or digging in the dirt, close to growing things. Thanks for reading.

Betty Lou your heart is as big as all outdoors, and this certainly shows why.  Your connection to God and good things is the glue of your soul, and your willingness to share it is our gift.  Thank you again for your kind Thanksgiving blessing, and I shared that at our table tonight with other prayers sent for my son, may God bless you always.

          Happy Thanksgiving
