SERENITY

Step into a place called Serenity.
A haven from the anxieties that beset.
Here live Peace and Shelter,
They offer protection from Fear.

Trouble and Anger are diminished
Fading into nothingness,
Sorrow is replaced by Joy,
Forgiveness fills the heart.

Deep within the calmness..
It offers Solace where needed,
And Solitude lives calmly
Within the hallowed walls of Stillness.

Within Silence... Surrender
Placidly rest in a place called Serenity,
Refreshment for the soul,
Nourishing inner turmoil ’til quieted.

I certainly identify, Spirit. I'm a monk at heart. Give me solitude and my thoughts mingled with the Spirit of God and I'm a happy man.
