Feelings from the Heart

These emotions that i feel for you
Doesn't compare to anything else
I've ever felt before
A true love i found
A true love...i'll never let go
Sometimes we have disagreements
But nothing will change my mind
On the fact"I Love You More Than Life Itself"
Without you, An empty life i'd have
I've been down that road, and i don't want to go back

Please don't doubt my feelings
My love for you is aa guaranteee
Sealed with a silent vow
And a promise of devotion
A listening partner i shall be
On the hopes that one day we'll be married

For me, your poem expresses very nicely the verse that reads no greater love is there than this among humankind that a man (or a woman for that matter) might lay down their lives for a friend. I feel that this is a true expression of one's love and devotion expressed here... and I do wish that more marriages would have and keep this kind of commitment toward one another... A life commitment. Amen. Good job and God bless you my poet friend.
