How is it we can't all see
the miracle that is Thee.

You show yourself in so many ways,
You created this all in only six days.

But this flesh Lord this flesh
seems the source of a real mess.

It deafens me from Your still small voice
and even when i hear You i make the wrong choice.

So scream at me God from the midst of the crowds,
my head gets weary searching for You in the clouds.

My neck so weak i must bow it to my chest
knees buckle to the ground is where i find my rest.

Peace floods and joy bubbles from your well place,
i humbly request and you pummel me with grace.

How is it we can't all see
the miracle that is Thee

Not in the wind...
Not in the quake...
Not in the fire...

But, in the still small voice.

True, there are so many voices in the world that compete for our attention that at times I too find it very difficult to hear the voice that holds the most significance to my living and quality of life.  I agree, help us all to be more sensitive to the voice of God. Amen.  I am sure that this is a very heartfelt poem or prayer from not only mine but many others perspectives as well. Thank you for sharing and again, Welcome.

Yes, if only we could all have our eyes opened, so we could see...

(sigh) That is such a wonderful question, but I believe if we truly believe in our hearts that He is always there for us all and is everything, that there is no need to see as we can see without knowing His face! (big huggsssssss) God Bless You, sweet friend, this is wonderful, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet friend, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton
