You say, "I stand, you stand."
But I just can't stand.
The words seem to come too easily.
Can't you acknowledge
That I'm hurt?
It's not self pity;
It's where healings start.
Can't you accept
That I'm hurt?
I need not fancy reality.
"It's okay..."
Please don't tell me that it's okay,
Cause I don't feel I'm alright.
"Hear me out, please,
Before you defend.
It's okay to be feeling down.
I've been there where my world was spinning out.
But still today, I'm standing here.
It may be an old saying
That everyday is a new challenge,
That all mankind struggle under the spring,
Yet that's too true that you aren't alone.
Stand up now; tell yourself you must win.
Every morning is a battle.
Time is tight- it's time to dray
Those tears."

//I think by sharing experience or just being there is better than comfort words. what do you think? I mean I like comfort words too, but I think the others are more effective. Please comment on my grammer and the poem as whole. Thanks.

I agree with all of what you have said here about sharing experiences and comforting words or just being there for a friend are all good because they require us to do something....  read, listen, write, etc.  What I think may be the worse case scenario would be when we do nothing....  I kind of think writing is better too because it seems a bit more pro-active than just listening to someone else's ideas... Writing challenges us to look deeper inside ourselves... I think.  Good self expression here... It sounds to me by what I've read here in your poem that you have a pretty good coach there within yourself who is giving you sound direction and guidance.  God bless you.
