Once Upon A Love I Shared
Resurrection of the Purple Rose

He lay against the port of gates
Across from the wilted rose
Breathing passionates to the Son
Who’s silhouette, the sun impose

Yet on a distant radiant cloud
There stands a purple flower
And as the Son reach out His hand
Bring forth, the final hour

A tempered voice of a spirit known
Imposters not, impose the Son
And majestic case the spirit shown
Believing in, loves’ power

A breath from somewhere looking there
Her radiant sights the eagles’ stare
And curtains snare, expose the glare
A lone hypnotic pose

Strength to rise above the gate
For trembling voices hasten late
Eternity bond within the hour
Forever, to be untold

She beckon to the love she share
The Son that rises above thin air
Release the gates, the love she bare
Implored, the Purple Rose

(smiles) Oh my gosh, this is wonderful, you always fling the gates agape with your marvelous words, and may that purple rose forever gleam where she stands and be nurtured by none other than its Creator! (big hugggsssss) God Bless You, sweet friend, I love it, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet friend, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton

I enjoped the content of this lovely poem, and such an interesting rhyme scheme to these wonderful words.  Thank you.

What a glorious vision you have and have expressed here through your gifting of poetry.  Your writing to me brought me to a deeper desire for a spiritual kind of revelation or a release into a higher realm of Love (the pruple rose) that has not yet been... a love that can only be revealed to us through the Son.  I may be way off base, but it's how your poem spoke to me personally.  Good job and God bless.
