Pure

Like falling water, crystalline,
oasis of my soul,
cleansed by love divine
seeping, seeping still
to the deepest crevice, fill me
and hold me in the deepest blue of you
as always in your will.
Wash away my unforgiveness
and let your loving mercies spill over me
with floods of liquid sunshine
until never meets forever
and Heaven comes once more
let my thoughts be pure.

This is such a beautiful piece... I was especailly touched by the part that said "Wash away my unforgiveness". I think that we all need to pray for purity. I think that time is drawing to a close and we don't have a lot of time left. We must all stay in His will. Thank you for this beautiful reminder!

(smiles) And may His love always fill your heart and like a sponge cleanse you of all sin as you are a wonderful loving person who shares undaunted love and beauty with us all and He loves us all so very much! (big hugggssssss) God Bless You, sweet friend, this is a squeaky-clean prayer, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Robert, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Still browsing in uncharted territory for me.
'Wash away my unforgiveness'What a powerful line that is. As usual I am totally impressed.

Amen Bob.

This poem is very sweet and thrilling to the taste of my heart.  If disbelievers could only grasp a hint of the comfort God grants us as his followers, they might understand our humble reverence to our Lord.
I doubt I will miss one of your posts Bob.

Thank you again..& again - Tim

beautiful, this somehow reminds me of the song "thirsty" by Chris Rice.
I can feel the longing and understanding of Him. Humbling of yourself before the Creator, love it!
God's blessings to you!
