My friend.
My furry feline friend
whom I set free today.

You my Felix

I free to flee forever the servitude
so fraught with sorrow's frailties.
so that the fractious joys and frills
be yours once more for your felicity's sake.

Too long have you been forced to sing the sad sorrows of dead tomorrows within the somber and sinuous burrows of your cell.

Today I set you free!

Go!
Stay no more!

For to stay is death and to go is life.
Meeeeow and purr now to your heart's content in alleyways of yore where before you were the Tom of Toms my feline friend.

Go and be ye elated.
And do forgive if any harm
I caused
when I had you castrated.
