Things in our mind

There are things in our mind
Events in our lives, we choose to remember
When we want to unwind
Good times and Bad, kept in the sublime
Reminisce in them from time to time
There are things in our mind
Events in our live, that just won't go away
Eventually we'll be able to leave them behind
But in the mean time, keep returning day after day
Confusing us as to when we can start to forget
The things in our mind that keep us so upset

I take a lot of stuff from work home with me, I lose sleep thinking of things...I wish there was a switch. Nice write.
