Maiden Sighs

A cry when heard makes Randy fly
Gathering up all maiden sighs
Collected by his web of hues
Insignias they can’t refuse.

Sprinkling star dust o’er the field
Raking in the cries of yield
Painting castles for their stare
Providing Knights in searching fair.

Dreams of wish with but a touch
With simple rules of such and such
A flight into an ecstasy
With nothing said of agony.

Quick silver is the brightest bright
Salubrious in veiled delight
A dance around the cactus tree
With each of them in practice free

And some will hold his hand in friend
And some will brand a salty end.

Sy,

You are gathering lots of maidens with this poem. Maybe put a santa hat on him and a sleigh for room for all...

Liked this imaginary flight. Fun to read.

Warm regards, Pat

Randy guy is such a flirt
I know would rescue every skirt
I've heard him listening at my door
for sigh that signals evermore

Excuse the silly rhyme...Loved your Randy poem!

Randy sounds like such a delight
And now he's even taking a flight
To gather up all the maidens fair
If we sigh just right, he'll be right there

I loved it from the title to the very last words. As I'd said before your words bring to mind romances of old with the same skill and grace.

Sy, very salubrious now if you can just get rid of the salted slugs, the world will be wonderful.
BTW where are my etchings. You promised you would show me your etchings and you didn't.
