Some days I think what it’ll be like to touch you.

Some days I think what it’ll be like to kiss you.

The days I think to myself enter my mind in a flood.

Without you with me, my body feels dead.

I would do anything for you, if only you make this dream come true.

Our love would be true, and I wouldn’t do anything to harm you.

The way I look at you, you never notice.

The things I say to you, you’ll never understand.

You’re a big woman, that’s hurting a man.

How do you do what you to do me, I really don’t know.

Maybe one day I’ll get the courage to you ask you to be mine.

Some days I feel ill, but somehow you give me the will.

As I wake up and think to myself, "Is this that day?"

"Or is this just another some day?"

I like the style and mood of this poem. Simplistic yet contains much feeling.

Adam, Welcome.

Nice first poem and couldn't help but like these lines, for all have felt that way..

"How do you do what you do to me,
I really don't know."

It is mind boggling sometimes!

Hope all works out...

Hugs and warm regards, Pat

Wow... I wasn't expecting such the response for my first poem.

Actually, that poem was written about a girl I had a crush on around a year ago.  I asked her, and it didn't turn out too well, but I just wanted to see how others liked my poem.

I'm not really a poet, and I don't write regularly.  It was just a spare of the moment thing actually.  I have written others (very depressing about lost lovers), but I've thrown them away as the scars are too deep to be reminded of.  If I ever do write any other work I'll be sure to post it here.

Thanks for all the feedback.
