Umbra

I am dark and cold. I am without eyes.
I, the interceptor of light am stable in shape.
I am not a mimic, just inseparable.
Most of the time I follow observantly
bluish-grey like a metamorphic rock.

I am part of you. Solidified.
Sometimes you capture me
a stranger through the lens,
unnoticed.

And you

uninterrupted.

Hey Luscious--how I've missed you!

Although your words leave a lingering sadness there is always a tone of intimate wonder as well. Tell me you'll stick around awhile? um, uninterrupted?

Even if the castings weren't obvious to an obtuse eye- it is obviously a wonderful poem dear.
