Exercise, diet, get into shape,
Stay physically fit, check your heart rate.
Watch what ya eat and your caloric intake,
No drinking or smoking, monitor your weight.

Running a mile, burns one-hundred calories,
Burn 3500, lose one pound with ease,
If you weigh one hundred and fifty pounds
Ran fifty-two hundred and fifty two miles
You'd just disappear, and never be found.

If I'm gonna run mile after mile, I'm heading your way, sweets! LOL None of this running round and round in circles. *G*

Ya jes' had to mention weight-watching, didn't ya? LOL So much for guilt free enjoyment! *G* (But hey... I can handle guilt. LOL)

Enjoyed very much... smooch!

Mr. Toe, I hate those holiday pounds, too. I've found that the older I get
the harder they are to lose and the easier they are to gain.
I wonder why, unless I'm getting slower or something. If I
get any slower I'm just gonna have to stop!! HaHa!!
I liked your poem, Toerag.

hehehe, imagining, fantasizing about one's sizing is fun, eh

hmmm, would that be "phantom-sizing?"

Whether on the shoal or on the shore,
I'll seek the lighthouse evermore.

Well, don't you do it. You'd go
'poof' and all that would be left
is your toe rag.......

and who would we have to keep us laughing? ....

This is really cute. So enjoy your sense of humor.

Thanks for the smile,

Warm regards, Pat

Toe,
I'd rather lose weight sitting in my rocking chair, thinking about running.

(giggles in delight) Oh Toerag, I think getting off those inevitable 5 pound gains during the holidays is impossible...IMPOSSIBLE I TELL YOU!!! (giggles) Oh well, maybe if you substitute bee pollen for syrup it's a start, hehehe, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Toerag, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Toerag darling man, ahhhh now this is excellent and yes thank you this brought a smile. You know smiles are particularly important to me right now, I need to gather them when and where I can, this is a real diamond of one it has done wonders to my face. everyone looks better with a smile and this fits perfectly Thank you muchly.

As for watching my weight, I’ll give it a miss, I’ve never met a chocolate I didn’t like, and I’m far too lazy to exercise. Wonderful writing I love it utterly utterly utterly

I'm with Sy...takes some calories to move those rocking chairs, ya know.  And smiling with a sort of giggle takes even more..so thanks for the insta-diet.
