 Picture by Josephine Wall * * * * The grandfather clock ticks behind us As the rain falls heavily outside In front of the roaring fire Is where you and I reside A log burns brightly in the fire Just as my love burns for you How you warm my inner being With your heart of love so true With my face in your hands you kiss me And I feel so weak at the knees As our passions are awakened You and I are so eager to please Our hands explore each other As we feel the temperature rise Sensuality and desire Is what I see now in your eyes Barefeet become lost in the sheepskin As you lay me down tenderly I'll soon be transported to heaven The place where I most want to be I am in motion |
