In a billion stars
Your eyes reached out
Into the winds of the moon’s tide
You stood over your universe
In all its magnificent splendor
With the fireworks of a meteor shower

In silken wings of a night butterfly
Swirling so wildly erotic
In the innocence of purity
Dancing in harmony with nature
Yet creating your own music

In the softness of a pool of rainbows
The fabric of living affixed to you
Pieces magnetically creating your aura
In a fashion that intoxicates passion
As the bare feet of an angel cast her spell

Standing afar, I watched the light show
Glued to the fragrance of desires
Dance my fairy princess
Into the night of my heart
For you have captured me
In your total perfection

On the clouds of fantasies
My feeling have melted into the night
As the winds started to decline
Wrapping you up into a cocoon
Falling into the awaiting swells

A lonely tear appeared
To an even lonelier heart
As the golden rays
Blinded my mind
Looking away in pain
A transparent material
Floated before me

I awake the night skies
Looking for a dream
Of a silhouette dancing
As a butterfly
On moon beams

Very nice. I see the lights dance for you too.
Yet the ending of your dance seems too sudden, as it leaves you in darkness, alone.

I know I've already posted to this, but was re-reading and I really, really like this. It is a masterpiece!
I don't know why you don't get more response to your poetry for I find it excellent. Maybe because you don't post on other's poems. At least I've not seen you do it.

Again, this is special....

Thanking you for sharing it,

Warm Regards, Pat
