Message
~*~
A bird left a message on my window sill,
and when I turned to wipe it clean
it simply said:
Love shouts at you
and you must be as free as me.
I thought he was full of it,
but I must say
the message was clear.

Chuckling...
I am glad you only
needed to see the message
and that it did not land
splat
on your head.

Debra, this is cute. I'm glad that you weren't looking in the sky when it left it's message.....it's a bird, it's a plane, it's Superman(??)....nope, it's a bird. HaHa!!
Really, I liked the poem. You described it very well.

Deb, I wonder what the message was when a whole flock of birdies flew over my backyard, where I was holding a family barbeque, and they left their calling cards all over our burgers?!? haha--None of us will ever forget that day!

This was a fun read!

Ewwww....that was quite a message that little birdie left.

Although, I've heard it said that if a bird leaves a message on you, it's good luck. Oh yuk!

LOL!!!!
