A breeze does blow, a wing does fly
above the earth, into the sky.
A song is sung, a tale is told
of one once born, not young nor old.

A life given, a new born heart
A soul driven by love’s new start.
One heart now beating softly in
a chest rising till now from then.

Life has given you one more year
to treasure and keep, without fear.
To hold, to touch, to live, enjoy.
A girl, a woman, not man nor boy.

A flower does bloom, waking now
lasting treasure on bending bow.
I give a rose, yellow to you.
On this day of birth brought anew.

Loving you easy ever strong
through each day, singing you a song.
Wishing that this will always be
a happiest birthday to you from me.

Magnus:

What an honor, this poem seems so special and precious. One of the nicest gifts to be received, I would think.  How sweet.

Warm Regards, Pat

A happiest birthday to your wonderful wife
and please, thank her for us, that she
gives you the time and space
to write, and that you find ways to give
her attention, just like this!

Barry, this is such a beautiful and special gift to your wife.
Please wish her, (Lou, is it?), a very happy birthday from me. I'm sure she's a special person to let you spend time writing for us on these pages of blue.
Lou, yellow roses are my favorite flowers, too.
