The creation of love beauty in perfection gifted by God, had but one flaw, me. Unable to cope with the change, now impossible to control chemical secretions in brain, hormones in rebellion, the beast of mid-life hell living within my space, I fell, I failed. My angel, without the soft sanctuary of maternal care, left with sibling, forgotten there disturbing yes, but nonetheless the truth of what transpired. What is left, what can be said what will remove this burden of heavy dread, nothing, alas there are no words.... I wish only now a haven of love for the treasure gifted me the decision one that tortures though one that may just be to share such a small portion, of life given by the Lord but depression, and defeated are emotions I can't afford. Hello Anne I was so surprised to find this on the second page without any replies. Your words were so heartfelt as I recalled my own battle with the demons of depression. If this is written from a personal experience I hope you overcome this. Take care......Sue I am in motion |

Mid-life crisis can wreak havoc in a woman's life. If you are writing from personal experience, have you looked into HRT (hormone replacement therapy)? When hormones are all out of whack, life's problems can seem overwhelming. ~ Remember, "and this too shall pass"... Take Care, EA |

 (tears fall down my cheeks) Oh Anne, my heart goes out to you, I battled severe depression as a young boy and guess that is how I got to be what I am now, tenderized like a steak! I truly think I am a good boy just as I know you're a wonderful and loving person!
