*~*Share with me your laughter and joy
and the pains you would hold inside,
take me into that special place
where your inner light does reside.

Gently reaching out with your words
show me the tracks of fallen tears,
tenderly I will hold your hand
when you are whispering your fears.

Allow me to walk in your thoughts
while teaching me     the who     of you
and know this deep within your soul
that YOUR words will always ring true.

In this is held   the heart   of "we"
My friends   write me,  your poetry.*~*

and they write in response
as they come to the call
showing their love
and giving their all

this, almost a prayer
has called us to see
the gift of your love
and shared poetry.

Lovely.

I'll write ya a poem,
For one kiss per verse
Hundreds of stanzas
To quinch my thirst.

If the "length" of the poem,
Should lead to more,
I'll try to learn poetry,
(That's what friends are for)..

Lovely write gal.....

"The who of you".

Perhaps also, the "what of I".

Thank you.

Soleil I thank both you and your friend!  That means so much
to me.  Hugs.

Toe, sweetie, this is wonderful.  Thank you!!

Dixie girl, you write em and I will gladly read em!!
Your poetry is pure and from your heart and
always a treat to read!!

MR yes that could work depending on what
the thought behind the poem is, but in
this case the who of you worked best for me.
Show me Who you are through  your words
is where I was heaading with that.  thanks!

Liz, thank you for reading and also for sharing your talent and gift with us all at Passions.

Hugs to all at poetry land.  Whew, I really need to catch up on my replies to all, but I would rather use that time to read everyone else!  Peace to all and Hugs.
